Initially, he concentrated on industrial properties, medical offices, historical landmark properties, and Class A and Class B mid-rise office properties in the East Bay. Soon, his responsibilities expanded to include two large distribution facilities of 1,000,000 plus square feet in Salinas and Hanford, a retail center in San Dimas, and office buildings in Las Vegas and Santa Monica. Besides marketing and leasing, Rich oversaw tenant improvements, recommended capital improvements, member of CAM reconciliation task team, and developed operating budgets for the leasing department. Rich’s real estate experience is underpinned by his success in the steel and aluminum industry. This exposed him to a myriad of businesses, and strengthened his financial, management and operations skills. Undoubtedly, Rich is equipped with the skills and experience necessary to serve his real estate clients excellently.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and currently resides in Novato with his wife Marcia and daughter Katelan.
